In order to deter minors from accessing our products, we have a strict age-verification program. Restocking Fee & Ban Policy: In cases of failed age verification, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, and the customer/address will be banned from using our services.
For Shipping, we use Canada Post and their age verification services. If the recipient is not of legal age, items are returned, and you are charged a 50% restocking fee.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Exemptions: Perishable goods (e.g., E-Juice, Disposables, Batteries, Replacement Atomizers/Coils) and sanitary items (e.g., Driptips, Tanks) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
To process a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and credited to your original payment method. Sale Items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are excluded.

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value upon receipt. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the purchaser, who may learn of your return.
