Delivery Fees for New Westminster

We charge delivery fees based on order size and total distance from our Delta location (up to 15KM covers New Westminster). Fees are automatically calculated at checkout. See the breakdown below:

• Orders placed outside of regular store hours will be delivered the next day.
• For earlier deliveries, call us at 778-591-9754, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Mandatory ID Verification

First-Time Customers: You will be required to present two pieces of identification for proof of age. The ID must match the recipient's name. We maintain strict age-verification policies to deter minors from accessing our products.

• Failure to provide valid ID will result in the order not being delivered.
• A 50% restocking fee will apply, and the customer/address will be banned from future service.

Delivery Conditions

We aim to deliver your package on time. However, unforeseen emergencies or adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery. We will notify you promptly and work with you to find the next best delivery time.

Vape Delivery Catchments

As of May 1st, 2025, we currently service up to 30KM from our location in Delta, B.C. This includes New Westminster, Surrey, and parts of Delta, depending on your range. For areas beyond 30KM (e.g., Langley, Richmond, Vancouver, White Rock), we offer FREE Shipping through Canada Post with purchases over $100. Shipments are sent out same-day if orders are placed before 10AM on weekdays.

At checkout, our system will determine if you are within our 15KM Delivery Range.
