CHANGES - We are now charging a $5 FLAT Delivery for Most Surrey/Delta Residents that are within a 10KM catchment of our Delta Location! 

Orders placed within 10KM over $100 are FREE OF CHARGE Delivery! 

 

How to Select Local Delivery: 

- Add Items to Cart

- Fill in your information, including address and phone number to determine your catchment area and so we can contact you to deliver your products

- If you qualify for Local Delivery, select the option that appears! 

- Delivery Windows are Weekdays 7PM-8PM! 

- Voila, we are on the way! 

$10 Flat for addresses outside of that 10KM range up to 20KM.

We are happy to announce that we are now delivering right to your doorstep! All we need is your address and the best phone number to reach you when we show up. 

Orders placed on our website during regular store hours qualify for same-day delivery, if placed outside of those hours, we will fulfil your order the next day. 

ORDER CUT-OFF FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY:

Mon-Fri 6:30PM

Delivery Windows: 

Mon-Fri - 7PM

 

In some cases, we may be able to deliver your goods earlier, feel free to give us a call and we will work with you. 

We ask that if this is your first time using our Local Delivery service that you are available to receive your order. Once you are age-verified, we can leave your package wherever is convenient for you. 

 

*Mandatory ID Verification (Local Delivery/Shipping):

*First Time Customers will be required to present (2) Pieces of Identification as Proof Of Age to receive delivery* ID must match recipient. 

In order to deter minors from accessing our products, we have a strict age-verification program. Unless you are a verified customer in our database, our staff will ask for government ID from customer to ensure the recipient who placed the order is of legal age. In the case the recipient is not of legal age, Futuristic Vapes will not deliver the order. We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, and customer/address will be banned from using our services.

*Delivery Conditions: 

We will do our best to deliver your package in a timely manner, in the case there are unforeseen emergencies, and/or weather change that limits our abilities to deliver your goods, we will notify you as soon as possible and figure out the next best time to deliver to you.
