How do I know if you deliver to my address?
Use the postal code checker at the top of this page — type your code and we'll instantly show your zone and fees. Or add items to cart, go to checkout, and enter your postal code there.
What if I miss the cut-off time?
Your order will be queued for the next available window. Text us at 778-591-9754 — we'll try to squeeze you in if a driver is still out.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes — 363 days a year. We are closed only on Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year's Eve (Dec 31). We also communicate any weather-related cancellations via our website and social media.
Is delivery discreet?
100%. Plain packaging with no outside branding. The driver hands the order directly to you — no leaving bags at the door. That's the Futuristic Delivery promise.
What ID do I need?
Any government-issued photo ID showing you are 19 or older (BC Driver's Licence, Passport, BC Services Card). First-time customers must show two pieces of ID. The name on your ID must match the name on the order.
Can I change my delivery window after ordering?
Yes — reply to your order confirmation or call/text 778-591-9754. We'll adjust it if the slot is still available.
What happens if I'm not home?
The driver will call and text you. If there's no response after 5 minutes, the order returns to the shop and a $10 redelivery fee applies to your next delivery attempt.
Can I tip the driver?
Absolutely — tips are hugely appreciated! You can add a tip at checkout or have cash ready at the door. Our drivers work hard to get your order there fast.
What if roads are dangerous (snow, ice)?
Safety first. In dangerous weather conditions we may pause deliveries. We'll always communicate through our website and social channels when that happens. Canada-wide shipping via UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post is always available as a backup.
I accidentally selected Shipping instead of Local Delivery. What do I do?
Call or text us at 778-591-9754 right away. If you want it delivered same-day via Local Delivery, you'll need to cover the difference in cost. We'll sort it out quickly.
