How it adds up: your zone fee + any Express add-on ($4.99) + GST on delivery (no PST). Your zone is set automatically from your postal code. Zone 3 orders need $40 in products (before tax), and orders over $150 carry a $9.99 fee to cover the longer drive. Totals are shown on the cart page before you check out.

Government ID
19+ photo ID required. First-time customers need two pieces. Name must match order.
Be at your address
Driver will call/text on arrival. No answer after 5 min = order returns + $10 redelivery fee.
Apartments
No buzzer? Meet driver at front door or add entrance instructions in your order notes.
Discreet packaging
Plain bag, no outside branding. Handed directly to you — no drop-offs.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if you deliver to my address?
Use the postal code checker at the top of this page. Type your code and we'll show your zone, fee and whether Express is available. The cart page does the same thing as you shop.
What if I miss the cut-off time?
The cart page books you into the next available window automatically, so you'll always see the real delivery time before you pay. Text us at 778-591-9754 and we'll try to squeeze you in if a driver is still out.
What's the difference between Express and Scheduled?
Scheduled is a set window (evening, late night or Sunday evening) with no add-on: you only pay your zone fee. Express is +$4.99 on top of your zone fee and gets to you in about 60–90 minutes. Express runs Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM.
Why can't I pick Express?
Either it's outside Express hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM) or your address is 30+ km away by road (downtown Vancouver, the North Shore, east Maple Ridge, Aldergrove and similar). Those areas still get every Scheduled window.
Is there a minimum order?
Only in Zone 3 (20–40 km): $40 in products before tax. Zones 1 and 2 have no minimum.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes — 363 days a year. We are closed only on Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year's Eve (Dec 31). We also communicate any weather-related cancellations via our website and social media.
Is delivery discreet?
100%. Plain packaging with no outside branding. The driver hands the order directly to you — no leaving bags at the door. That's the Futuristic Delivery promise.
What ID do I need?
Any government-issued photo ID showing you are 19 or older (BC Driver's Licence, Passport, BC Services Card). First-time customers must show two pieces of ID. The name on your ID must match the name on the order. Refer to our Shipping Policies on preventing Minors from accessing our products - Shipping Policy
Can I change my delivery window after ordering?
Yes — text or call 778-591-9754. We'll adjust it if the slot is still available.
What happens if I'm not home?
The driver will call and text you. If there's no response after 5 minutes, the order returns to the shop and a $10 redelivery fee applies to your next delivery attempt.
Can I tip the driver?
Absolutely — tips are hugely appreciated! You can add a tip at checkout or have cash ready at the door. Our drivers work hard to get your order there fast.
What if roads are dangerous (snow, ice)?
Safety first. In dangerous weather conditions we may pause deliveries. We'll always communicate through our website and social channels when that happens. Canada-wide shipping via UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post is always available as a backup.
I accidentally selected Shipping instead of Local Delivery. What do I do?
Call or text us at 778-591-9754 right away. If you want it delivered same-day via Local Delivery, you'll need to cover the difference in cost. We'll sort it out quickly.
