How do I know if you deliver to my address?
Add any item to your cart, click checkout, and enter your postal code. The system will instantly show or hide the “Local Delivery” option automatically.
What if I miss the cut-off time?
Your order will be delivered the next available day (or as fast as we can). You can always text us at 778-591-9754 and we’ll try to squeeze you in if possible.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We deliver 363 days a year. The only two days we are closed are Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year’s Eve (Dec 31).
Is delivery discreet?
100%. Plain packaging, no branding on the outside, and the driver will hand it directly to you.
What ID do I need?
Government-issued photo ID showing you are 19+. First-time customers must show two pieces. Name must match the order name.
Can I change my time slot after ordering?
Yes — just reply to your order confirmation text/email or call/text 778-591-9754. We’ll adjust it if the slot is still available.
What happens if I'm not home?
The driver will call/text you. If no answer after 5 minutes, the order returns to the shop and a $10 redelivery fee applies.
Do you deliver nicotine products to apartments with no-buzzer access?
Yes — just meet the driver at the front door or provide clear instructions in the order notes (e.g., “meet at side entrance”).
Can I tip the driver?
Absolutely! At check-out, Cash or at check-out is appreciated — our drivers love it
