Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Exemptions: Perishable goods (e.g., E-Juice, Disposables, Batteries, Replacement Atomizers/Coils) and sanitary items (e.g., Driptips, Tanks) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
To process a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and credited to your original payment method. Sale Items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are excluded.
Exchanges (if applicable):

Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value upon receipt. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the purchaser, who may learn of your return.
