- The heating of a nicotine-based liquid which then atomizes into vapour via a device or better known as a "Vape" 

- Different sizes and strengths are available taking into account your existing Cigarette Smoking habits and needs. 

- In Canada, most Nicotine Strengths range from: 0, 3, 6, 12, and/or 20mg of Nicotine per mL. This means you can taper off as required. 

- Unlike a cigarette, these "puffs" taken from a vape are user-controlled. Some vapes have a button, some are drag-to-activate. Inhale, exhale as needed. No lighters required, and no ashtray required. 

Consider giving Vaping a shot if you have tried various other methods to quit smoking cigarettes. Remember, it's not a one-size-fits-all. Don't go for the biggest and fanciest device, keep it really simple to start.
