We have a mandatory age policy: upon local delivery, IDs are checked.

Mandatory ID Verification (Local Delivery/Shipping):

- First Time Customers will be required to present (2) Pieces of Identification as Proof Of Age to receive delivery. ID must match.

In order to deter minors from accessing our products, we have a strict age-verification program. Unless you are a verified customer in our database, our staff will ask for government ID to ensure the recipient is of legal age. If the recipient is not of legal age, Futuristic Vapes will not deliver the order.

Restocking Fee & Ban Policy: In cases of failed age verification, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, and the customer/address will be banned from using our services.

For Shipping, we use Canada Post and their age verification services. If the recipient is not of legal age, items are returned, and you are charged a 50% restocking fee.

At Futuristic Vapes, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Exemptions: Perishable goods (e.g., E-Juice, Disposables, Batteries, Replacement Atomizers/Coils) and sanitary items (e.g., Driptips, Tanks) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

To process a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and credited to your original payment method. Check your bank account first if the refund is delayed, then contact your credit card company or bank. If issues persist, email us at info@futuristicvapes.com.

Sale Items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are excluded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Gifts:

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value upon receipt. If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the purchaser, who may learn of your return.

Shipping:

Return items to: 11951 88th Ave, Delta, British Columbia, CA V4C 3C9. You’re responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable and deducted from any refund. For items over $75, use a trackable service or insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt. Delivery times vary by location.
