Local Vape Delivery & Canada-Wide Shipping

We have a mandatory age policy: upon local delivery, IDs are checked.

In order to deter minors from accessing our products, we have a strict age-verification program. Unless you are a verified customer in our database, our staff will ask for government ID to ensure the recipient is of legal age. Restocking Fee & Ban Policy: In cases of failed age verification, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, and the customer/address will be banned from using our services.

For Shipping, we use Canada Post and their age verification services. If the recipient is not of legal age, items are returned, and you are charged a 50% restocking fee.

At Futuristic Vapes, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Exemptions: Perishable goods (e.g., E-Juice, Disposables, Batteries, Replacement Atomizers/Coils) and sanitary items (e.g., Driptips, Tanks) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

To process a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and credited to your original payment method. Sale Items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are excluded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
