We believe in clear, real-time communication from order to delivery. You’ll receive a text confirmation with your delivery window, driver updates, and a direct line to ask questions or share concerns — even after the order is placed. Reply to our message anytime.

Privacy first: If you prefer no knock or a specific drop-off (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR VERIFIED ORDERS), just add it in the order notes at checkout. Missed that step? No problem — reply to our text and we’ll adjust on the spot.

Delivery Details & Safety Rules

• Service Areas: Surrey, Delta, Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver, Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Port Kells, and surrounding Lower Mainland areas (up to 40 km from our Delta store).
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 9:45 PM are typically delivered same-day (evenings 10 PM–12 AM depending on distance).
• Fees: Calculated by distance and order total — free over certain thresholds in some zones (full table on our delivery page).
• First-Time ID Verification: Strict 19+ check. First delivery requires two pieces of valid ID (one government-issued photo ID like BC Services Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Nexus, Military ID; second matching-name ID like credit card or employee ID). Name must match order. Returning customers: one photo government ID usually sufficient.
• Discreet Packaging: Plain outer packaging, no vape branding, direct hand-off to verified recipient.
• If You’re Not Home: Driver will text/call. No answer after attempts → order returns to shop, $10 redelivery fee applies.
• Tipping: Always appreciated (cash or at check-out) — our drivers love it!
