How It Works — Start to Finish

Step 1 — Check Your Postal Code

Head to our local delivery page and enter your postal code in the checker at the top. It'll instantly show you whether you're in our delivery zone and what your delivery fee looks like. You can also check at checkout — add your items to cart, enter your address, and the system automatically detects your zone and shows your options.

Step 2 — Shop and Select Your Delivery Window

Browse our full selection online — disposables, e-juice, starter kits, coils, accessories — and add what you need to cart. At checkout you'll see the local delivery option along with available time slots. Select the window that works for you.

If you don't select a specific time slot, no problem — we'll deliver as fast as we can, usually same day.

Step 3 — We Confirm and Head Your Way

Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch by text with updates. You'll know when your driver is on the way. No guessing, no wondering — real communication from order to doorstep.

Need to make a change after ordering? Reply to our text and we'll adjust on the spot where possible. That's one of the advantages of a human-run delivery service over an automated courier.

Step 4 — Your Driver Arrives

Your driver will hand the order directly to you at the door — we never leave bags unattended. Have your ID ready (more on that below). The whole interaction is quick, discreet, and professional.

The Delivery Zones — Where We Go

We deliver within 40km of our Delta store (V4C 3C9), covering a huge portion of the Lower Mainland including:

Core Zone: Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen, North Delta, Surrey, South Surrey, Fleetwood, Cloverdale

Regional Zone: Langley, Richmond, Vancouver, East Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody

Extended Zone: North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Mission, Port Kells

Delivery Fees — How They Work

We run a three-zone fee structure and fees drop as your order grows:

• Local and Regional Zone: Free delivery on orders $150 and over
• Extended Zone: A $9.99 fee applies on orders over $150 to cover the longer drive — we appreciate the understanding on that one
• For orders under the free threshold, fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postal code

Our honest take: if you're going to order, make it worth the trip. Stack up on your favourites and hit that $150 threshold — free delivery to your door is a pretty good deal.

What Time Can I Order? The Cut-Off Explained

Our cut-off for same-day delivery is 9:45 PM. Order before then and you're in for same-day. Miss the cut-off? Text us at 778-591-9754 and we'll do our best to squeeze you in if a driver is still out. No promises, but we try.

We run deliveries 7 days a week, 363 days a year. The only two days we're closed for delivery are Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year's Eve (December 31). Any weather-related cancellations get communicated through our website and social media.

The Discreet Packaging Promise

We know discretion matters. Every Futuristic Delivery order ships in plain packaging — no vape branding anywhere on the outside. The label reads "Futuristic Delivery" with your delivery details, nothing else. It looks like any other courier drop-off.

Your driver hands the order directly to you. We don't leave bags at the door or with neighbours. Direct hand-off only — that's part of our verification process and our commitment to discreet service.

ID Verification — What You Need to Know

This is non-negotiable and we make no apologies for it. Every delivery requires age verification.

First-time customers must present two pieces of ID:

• One government-issued photo ID showing you are 19 or older (BC Driver's Licence, Passport, or BC Services Card)
• One secondary ID where the name matches the order (credit card, employee ID, etc.)
• The name on your ID must match the name on the order — no exceptions

Returning verified customers typically just need one government-issued photo ID.

If you can't provide valid ID at the door, the order comes back with us. A 50% restocking fee applies and the address is flagged for future orders. We don't enjoy enforcing this — but keeping our products out of the hands of minors is something we take seriously. We've been doing this since 2015 and our reputation depends on it.

One tip: if you're ordering to a new address or having someone else receive — make sure the name on the order matches whoever will be at the door with ID. The driver verifies the person, not just the address.

What If I'm Not Home?

Your driver will text and call. If there's no answer after a reasonable number of attempts, the order returns to our shop. At that point you can either arrange a re-delivery or pick it up in store at 11951 88 Ave, Delta, BC.

Best advice: make sure your phone number is correct at checkout and keep an eye on your texts when you're expecting a delivery. Our drivers communicate proactively — they'll let you know when they're close.

Can I Add a Note for the Driver?

Yes — add any specific drop-off instructions in the order notes at checkout. Prefer a quiet knock? Want us to text before arriving? Have a gate code? Put it in the notes. If you missed that step, just reply to our text after ordering and we'll pass it along to the driver.

Who Is This Service For?

Honestly? Everyone in our delivery zone. But here's who tends to use it most:

The regular customer who knows what they want, doesn't feel like making the trip to Delta, and just wants it at the door before 10pm. This is the core of our delivery clientele and the reason we built the service.
